I forgot my anniversary. plz help?

so today was my one month anniversary with my girlfriend. I forgot that it was. I knew it was going to be our anniversary today (a week ago) and i was planning to get flowers and take her out. However i got bogged down with work, thanksgiving, and my baby brother%26#039;s birthday. Today she gave me a lollipop for our anniversary (%26quot;thought that counts%26quot; and btw i loved it.) but she remembered. I completely forgot it. She is now pissed and i%26#039;ve said i%26#039;ll make it up but she says, %26quot; It won%26#039;t be the same%26quot; which is true = (. So now we both feel like crap. What should I do?

Lol... one week, one month.. blah blah blah.. Wait till you forget your one year anniversary. On the real though, just be honest, let her know you feel bad, and tell her you wont forget your 2 ,3 or 4 month an.. for that matter... ;-)
